Translate my Letter:

I was able to attach your CPanel Hosting to your Domain. I was able to install Word Press and a temporary default theme that IS NOT the Avada Theme I use to build my exquisite wide websites. This website is made from an older version of the Avada Theme as well. It is a demo site where I create free demos for customers. This is where the good news ends and problems begin sorry to say.

Problem 1. The SSL You Purchased was a self signed certificate and you will need to replace it with a valid certificate. I installed cert you had bought and found in your Hosting Account, and after I installed it I saw an error message every time I went to the site. I deleted the SSL from the site, only to find THAT PROCESS made MY COMPUTER unable to see the site temporarily. I am Not able to see the site or log in to the site as of right now. I need to find out why I cannot see on any browser. It is visible now online by everyone in the world except me for some reason. It may be a problem with my computer only and my ISP or my router.
Self-Signed Certificates
This is a self-signed certificate. Self-signed certificates are easy for attackers to spoof, and they generate security warnings in a user’s web browser. You should only temporarily install this certificate until a valid certificate authority issues a signed certificate to replace it.

After research Real SSL certificates costs are all about $55/yr. like Go-Daddy sells it for and helps me install without problems.
Also, (Dudu – Ask hosting company about this!) does your Hosting Company if they accept 3rd party SSL certificates if they do not have correct one we need. The SSL we need is like a an online store has and your site will be and show a “secure site” in top bar.

Problem 2 Your Hosting will not let me load my Theme Avada to build your beautiful site

Error Message I received when loading My Avada Theme – “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”

From Reference: If you are installing your theme from the WordPress theme installer(I was), but get a message that says Are you sure you want to do this?, most likely your web server is configured with low PHP settings that only allow a certain size ZIP file to be uploaded via WP admin.

Hosting size Issues (Dudu – Ask hosting company about this!)
Most hosting companies configure their servers to only have the maximum file upload size limit at 8-10 MB, some are less. The Avada theme ZIP is currently about 34 MB in size which is due to the included plugins and all the demo content. So if you get this error, your web server is rejecting the upload due to the overall size of the file. WordPress is unfortunately giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme issue or bug.

PHP Settings – ( Dudu – Ask hosting company to do this)

You can get your web host to increase your PHP limits so a larger zip file is allowed to be uploaded. They will know which limits to set if you explain the issue.( Theme Avada wont load zip file up using the Word Press Uploader in Install Theme)

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
• max_execution_time 60
• memory_limit 128M
• post_max_size 48M
• upload_max_filesize 48M

If you can get Your Hosting Company to do all this I will try loading my theme Avada again after they increase the settings they need to.

If they cannot do this, or it does not work, I will have to build this website on my hosting which is at Go-Daddy also ( This is a good thing to be at same place) or you will need to buy Word Press managed Hosting at Go-Daddy. As you can see, This website is on Go-Daddy Hosting and supports all versions of Avada.

When SSL, Hosting and the Domain are at the same place, like Go-Daddy, it is much easier for all these things to hook up. They are also available 24/7 for telephone support. Hooking up SSL, Domain, Hosting in different locations makes it much more difficult. Let me know if your hosting company can accommodate us in this matter. Lets talk during the week after Dudu speaks to Hosting Company if possible.
Thank You.
